Total Protection - Total Security
Many valves and other equipment require a simple to use locking device to prevent accidental or unauthorised operation whilst also indicating, from a remote location, the operational status of the valve.
Introduction
The Dangers
When the valve or equipment is locked, the key is free.
When the equipment needs to be operated, inserting the key releases the stainless steel tongue and chain.
Locking the valve is simply achieved, by feeding the chain through the handwheel and around the valve or looping the chain around the equipment, inserting the chain lock tongue into the housing allows the key to be released and traps the chain tight within the lock housing.
